Sandy was 37 years old with nothing better to do,
then
throw her life away day by day.
She was a young lady trapped in a hole,
After the death
of her son Roger she just could not cope with the loss of her son. She really had a hard time dealing with his death, Sandy
had a lot of guilt on her shoulders, she felt like his death was her fault.
she felt like she was all alone
with a beaten up soul.
As the days went by she lost total control,
So unsure what she wanted,
Sandy turn to Drinking and drugs
everyday she was haunted
by
the death of her son and the addiction to Drugs which slowly took her away,
from all those who loved her young, old
and gray.
She tried to stop
but realized she could not.
Through
all the confusion
and no real resolution
she finally decided to place herself in drug Treatment Center.
She thought she could
do it, Two weeks down the road she decided to split. She did this off and on checking in & checking out of the drug Treatment Center.
Her cravings grew stronger
and she couldn't resist no longer.
She wanted to get high
we new why?
She knew it was wrong,
we
all hoped she'd be strong.
Sandy warned those she loved that she wasn't the same,
she knew all the risk, but still felt the shame
The choices
she made didn't just affected her life it affected her family's life
as well.
Her children TJ & Brian & her Mother. & the rest of the family we all loved her so much.
Because she was on the drugs there was time she thought
Life
treated her cruel, life treated her mean, it's sad to say.
Her Mother tryed to get help for Sandy
she went
to talk to the courts about puting Sandy in a Drug Treatment where she could not juat sign her self
OUT.
The Judge that she talk to told her!
NO that what she need to do was to play hard ball with Sandy
not to give her what Sandy wanted.
so thats what her mother did.
If only that judge would have done what her mother ask
of him maybe Sandy would be here today.
she'll never be seen laughing and talking and smiling
away,
Those memories are in my heart forever to stay.
I am Sandy's Aunt Glenda
WE LOVE YOU GIRL
